JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design 1+ years' of creative design experience.

• Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & and InDesign.

• Strong typography and communication skills.

• Keen to learn and grow in the design field. 

• Video & Animation & 3D Skills are plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning design concepts according to briefs, for Branding, Packaging, Print & Digital Design.

• Conceptualising designs from start to finish for the above-mentioned areas. 

• Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows

This position is on-site and requires you to be in the office at Tardeo, Mumbai.

JUNIOR CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an organised, efficient and detail-oriented individual who is keen on working in the marketing and design space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in any related field 

• Good communication skills and fluency in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, along with good time management skills.

• Previous experience in marketing/design is a plus. 

Job Responsibilities:

1) Understanding the projects/briefs, and assisting the founder with client strategies.

2) Onboarding clients, creating project plans and assigning briefs and tasks to internal teams.

3) Organising and maintaining all incoming leads and assisting in creating pitch decks, proposals and other sales materials.

4) Maintaining and generating ideas for internal social media and marketing activities.
