An experimental using layers and colors through different mediums and materials, while maintaining the exact same design, to view the stark differences and impacts of materials and methods and who they communicate starkly different emotions as well as testing traditional and modern day printing.  

 

Using 3 different methods and materials the project is an interpretation of how sounds waves travel around us. While the first 1st is an experiment of the effect of overlays projected with monochromatic colour and translucent material, the next 2 introduce the effect colour through digital and handmade methods. Image 2 is created using a handmade silkscreen process with the intention to experiment layers of mixing colours while Image 3 is a rich digital replica print of the design.
