Paagal Pitara : The Dr. Seuss Font 

Inspired by my avid love for Dr. Seuss and his illustrations the project is an illustrative display typeface in the Devanagari/Hindi script. The intention was to use the illustrations from his famous children’s books as a starting inspiration point to create fun and joyfully whimsical Hindi characters to introduce Dr. Seuss and his style to the Indian audience.

The typeface celebrates the joy and laughter that Dr. Seuss successfully brought to many children and me with the hopes of spreading the joy among a new, larger audience. Inviting you into the fantastical and absurd world of Dr. Seuss and his characters, while reflecting the brilliance that he brought into his children's books.
